How do I choose the best option for my wedding?
Tiny Blooms Cottage offers three ways to work together, depending on how much planning and customization you need.
The Cottage Collection is our streamlined package option, created for couples who want beautiful, thoughtfully designed wedding florals with a simpler planning process. Choose the collection that fits your floral needs, then we’ll customize the flowers, colors, and seasonal details to suit your wedding.
À La Carte is ideal if you need specific floral pieces or want the flexibility to choose exactly what you need. À la carte orders begin at $600.
Custom Design is available for weddings with more extensive floral needs, larger installations, or a highly tailored floral plan. Custom Design begins at $4,000.
Do you provide mockups or exact flower request?
Our À La Carte and Cottage Collection florals are designed around your color palette, inspiration images and overall aesthetic. Specific flower varieties are not guaranteed, allowing us the creative flexibility to select the best blooms available for your wedding date and create arrangements with natural movement and personality.
Custom Design clients with a minimum floral investment of $4,000 receive a more tailored design process. This allows us to plan around specific floral preferences, including specialty and premium blooms, and may include floral mockups when appropriate for the design.
If you have favorite flowers you'd love to include, you're always welcome to share them with us. For À La Carte and Cottage Collection orders, specific varieties cannot be guaranteed. Custom Design allows for a more intentional approach to sourcing and incorporating specific floral varieties and specialty blooms into the overall design.
How is delivery priced?
Our delivery fee covers the time, transportation, fuel, and care required to safely bring your florals from our Port Orchard studio to your venue.
Kitsap County: $200
Outside Kitsap County: $357
Custom Design:
Delivery and installation are quoted based on the scope and location of your wedding.
Do you offer studio pickup?
Yes. Complimentary pickup is available at the Tiny Blooms Cottage studio in Port Orchard for clients who prefer to transport their florals themselves. Pickup is available for orders that do not require on-site setup or installation.
Is setup included with delivery?
No, setup is billed separately so you don't have to pay for services you may not need. Our standard setup service is $350 and includes on-site placement and styling of your floral designs so everything is thoughtfully positioned and ready for your event.
Larger or more involved installations—such as floral arches, extensive aisle work, designs requiring ladders, or pieces involving advanced mechanics—may require additional labor and will be quoted separately.
Do you offer strike (take-down) services?
Yes. Strike is available for floral installations that require removal after your event.
Our standard strike fee is $375 and includes returning to the venue, carefully dismantling and packing your floral installations, gathering our vessels and mechanics, loading everything for transport, and returning the items to the Tiny Blooms Cottage studio.
Larger or more complex installations—such as extensive floral arches, large-scale ceremony installations, or designs requiring significant dismantling—may require additional labor and will be quoted separately.
Do I need to put down a deposit?
Yes, a 25% non-refundable retainer and a signed contract are required to secure florals for your event date.
When is the final balance due?
The balance for our services is due 30 days prior to the event.
